Return Policy
Our company wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we only have
very low profit,
We only accept refund or exchange for the customers who have paid for
the insurance. Merchandise must be returned with the
original packs(include the
original boxes,tags,retro cards,logo,)everything it was shipped out with. Merchandise
that has
NOT been worn, washed, or altered in any way may be returned
within 5 days of
receiving the shipment for a full refund or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please
include your
name,order number and RMA number with the return package. Your return may
not be processed if we do not have all your information. Customer is responsible for
return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach our
company. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as the
International mail or Express that allows you to track your package.
Notice:
We do not refund original shipping and insurance charges.
The picture might have some differences with the exact items on the color,which depends
on the background light and other connected reasons. If for this situation,we would not
consider the refund. For illustration purposes only!
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or
damaged.
Items that are special offer are not returnable or exchangeable.
